The marketing team represented Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach in the disposition of three REO assets, all which closed within 90 days. The properties were fought with challenges, including environmental issues, tenant disputes and construction defects.

With the team’s expertise and guidance, not only was Farmers & Merchants Bank able to overcome all of the challenges, but they were also able to exceed the price and timing expectation. Voit used a concise, managed bid process which allowed all three properties to close escrow by three difference investors. Through Voit’s extensive qualifi cation of the buyers and competitive bid process, all the assets closed in a timely manner on the fi rst go around. With the many challenges, the team was always able to keep Farmers & Merchants Bank one step ahead of the process allowing them the time needed to handle any objectives in a diplomatic manner, closing the deals leading to a successful relationship that continues today.
