Case Study: Seacliff Business Center

The marketing team assisted Kearny Real Estate Company / Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund with the disposition of several in-fill land parcels in Huntington Beach that it had acquired from Chevron Oil Company. As part of their strategy, Kearny looked to Voit for the guidance to develop an in-fill parcel of land that was directly adjacent to residential housing and retail. Faced with the challenge, Voit assisted in all aspects of the design, entitlement, interaction with city officials, and sales of a successful industrial project that was well received by the city and exceeded the developer’s expectations.
