Sebastian Lozano joined the Bouma-Caputo team at Voit Real Estate Services back in Spring 2021 after an exceptional career in sales, marketing, and business development in several industries, including: agribusiness, apparel, and automobile industries. As a member of one of the most accomplished Commercial Real Estate teams in Southern California for the past 30 years, Sebastian focuses on the sales and leasing of industrial, office, and investment properties in the Orange County marketplace.

Since joining the team, Sebastian has had the opportunity to work alongside the team in representing a wide array of ownership and business interests – from large institutional owners to small owner/users, and he has developed a thoroughly understanding of the marketplace and the business within it. His proven track record in sales, passion for understanding client’s needs, and drive to deliver successful results make him a strong addition to the team, partners, and clients.
