Project Overview

The marketing team sold an underperforming 277,000 sq. ft. industrial project to Westcore Properties in 2004. Voit was retained as the leasing broker and assisted in tenant renewals, rehabilitation, lease-up of vacant space and stabilization of the project at a significant increase in rents. Voit subsequently represented the owner in the sale of the project in 2007 for $24 million, that was the largest industrial building sale in West Orange County in 2007. The owner realized an increased value of the asset of over 60% in just three years.
