The marketing team was tasked with locating a suitable facility for the consolidation and expansion of Teacher Created Resources, a distributor of educational products.  The brokerage team successfully executed a plan where they were able to locate a 66,000 sq.ft. facility on behalf of the client, after which they listed and sold their two existing buildings (24,150 and 18,328 sf) and successfully executed a complex multi-property tax-deferred exchange, as well as two short-term sale lease back transactions – all within a 60 day period.  The brokerage team also coordinated a team of professionals to assist with the transaction and relocation, including the space planner/architect, racking consultant, and 1031 exchange accommodator.  The client moved into their new facility on schedule with no delays.
