The marketing team assisted Ken Ruby Construction Company with the leasing and sale of new industrial project. Voit’s assignment was to lease 4 new high-image industrial / R&D buildings that a previous marketing team had been unsuccessful in leasing. Voit was hired as the replacement brokerage team and after the owner implemented the broker’s recommended changes to the project, Voit initiated an aggressive, hands-on marketing strategy that resulted in the leasing of 3 buildings and selling the final building, successfully completing the project.
